The romesco felt a little understated but still good overall. I ordered the Parrillada de verduras del día, con suave salsa romesco (beef chop for one) as my entree. The beef chop was medium rare just as I ordered. It was solid with good consistency. The salt was simple on the preparation, it was over salted just a tad. The service was fine but not as engaging as our other experiences. We dined inside because of the heat, not overcrowded on a Saturday night with decent mood music. Solid visit.
