In March 2011, I contracted with the owner of this company to do the photographs for my daughter's…read morewedding. She stated she would do them as a gift for the wedding couple and advertisement for her business. We were to receive the CD/DVD of the wedding photos. A week or so after meeting with the owner and agreeing on the contract and just a few days before the wedding the owner came back and said she wanted $500 to take the pictures. We stated we had an agreement that was different. She changed her demand and took the pictures at the wedding. The wedding was in May 2011. Since that date we have never been able to get ANY pictures of the wedding from this owner. At this time it has been almost a year and a half. Think about it, if there are photos why would the owner not turn them over to us? We have been given all type of stories, but no pictures. The owner told BBB and others that she had no contact information to get the CD/DVD to us, but if she had it she would send the item. She did have it, but we provided it again. Then she sent an email directly to me stating even though she had told BBB that she would send us the CD/DVD she was not going to do that. She has stated she had talked with the couple, but the bride says that is not true. She has stated it is a family disagreement, which it is not. We have seen story after story from this owner, but as of this time what we have not seen is the pictures/CD/DVD. At this point it is seeming that there are no photos, why else would the company not provide the pictures. If they are being held hostage we have not received a demand for them. There just are no pictures of my daughter's wedding and we can not wait to see what the owners new story will be this time. The company website is totally governed by the owner. The testimonies that are there are what the owner wants to display. A large number of the photos on the site are the owner's family and children from the school where her children attend and we believe she works. We want this information out where other people do not end up in the same situation we are after using this company for photos/memories that you can not get back. Any one considering using Shutter Love Photography in Canton, Georgia, please think twice and find someone else to do your memories.

I was beginning to lose hope when looking for a videographer because usually they are insanely expensive and the cheaper ones aren't worth it anyway. Gary was an absolute blessing by offering affordable AND excellent photos and video! I have dabbled in wedding photography myself and knew what to look for and he exceeded my expectations.
