One of their drivers is a complete PSYCHOPATH and followed me all the way to my work and tried to run me off the road. When I tried to lose him, he made a u-turn in the middle of a busy intersection, parked his truck in the middle of the road to wait for me (while blocking other drivers) and waited for me and started trailing after me. I repeatedly tried to lose him and he repeatedly blocked the road--almost causing several accidents--to try and run me off the road. The only reason he stopped following me was because he ended up blocking the road and several people were honking at him. The driver was following me too closely for me to see a license plate number or safely take a photo. I called the company and spoke with the manager to try to get some information from them, and she couldn't give me any useful information. I get that Casnova only 'sells' tow trucks, but what I don't understand is why--if the vehicle was indeed sold--Casanova's branding was all over the truck (on both sides of the car and the back, along with Casanova's phone number). This leads me to believe that this was either one of their in-house drivers or someone associated with them. And, even if it wasn't their driver, both the receptionist and the manager were completely unconcerned by the fact that a complete and utter PSYCHO was in possession of one of their vehicles with their branding all over it and trying to follow and assault someone with their truck (which, I will remind you, is considered assault with a deadly weapon). It gives me chills to think about what would have happened if he had caught up to me. I own a tow truck company and went in for service on one of my tow trucks. I was quoted 3 days until completion paid $6,320.00 upfront. Left my truck on Monday the job was not completed until Wednesday of the following week :( was told there mechanic called in sick 3 days in a row and there was nothing that could have been done. I tried to get a partial refund to take my truck somewhere else but it was impossible. Went to check on my truck a couple of times and it was just sitting there with NO ONE working on it.
