Their smallish office is based in Puerto del Carmen, not far from the famous Hotel Farione. Speaking from recent experience of purchasing a property in this sunny island, I can certainly testify to the fact that Tim and his partner, Jurgen, made our transaction and negotiations easy and almost seamless! From start to finish, Tim, in particular was more than helpful, acting as our representative in the negotiations, finding us an excellent Solicitor and generally assisting us and keeping in touch with us by phone and email. But, above all we found him to be completely trustworthy and scrupulously honest, which is so important when purchasing a property in a foreign country. It was…read moreour first international trip, the building reminds me of being in Greece location is perfect and right on the water. However, the town surrounding the hotel closes around 2-4pm and unfortunately when you travel from LA and hit with the time zones it adds up and I would wake up at that time. Los Americano, I believe it's called (up the freeway) is a tourist town..kind if reminds me of Vegas on the beach. Food at the hotel was not that good, steak was bland and I probably chose the worst selection on the menu which was their steak in blue cheese sauce (I'm not sure what I was thinking) I don't like bloody steak and they gave me just that. The blood from the steak created a puddle in this blue cheese sauce (bad combo) breakfast was good. I was obsessed with having bread and butter at every meal because it's just great. The view was AMAZING! I gave it a 4 because it was a relatively new hotel meaning they had construction going on (not that big and wasn't noisy) the place had no wifi In the rooms which was an issue but hopefully they will in the future!

They are very arrogant and make you feel like you don't even pay for the services! I had to chase up my own deposit on the last day due to staff namend Helen not turning up on her own appointment she arranged to do check out for the apartment because she forgot! I drove to the office as it was my last chance to get my deposit before the weekend to find out what happened. They couldn't get in touch with her and therefore they didn't want to give me my deposit back because apparently she had it. They said they'll call back as soon they hear from her and that she'll bring.me my deposit. 10min later they told me to come to the office so they can pay me my money. I have asked them what happened to her and the blond lady said she forgot because she is too busy and she had to go pick up her child from school. I had to cancel my job that day because she want to do the appointment on friday even though i tried to do it 2 days earlier because i was too busy with work on friday and she said no she can only do it on friday. No one apologies to me once! They providing very bad service and i just want to to let you know that if you are using them as a your agent or if you are looking to rent the property then don't because this is the last time I've used them and you more likely loose business or money too because I'm sure I'm not the only to complaint about them!!!
