Bean counters have taken over good customer service. Don't ask Glenn for a QUOTE for a POOL RENOVATION, as his company doesn't do them anymore, but instead charges you for a service call, after the runaround to get someone there. Then you get the bill for something you didn't ask for and to add insult to injury, when you complain he writes a page long reply full of untruths.
