I have been going to the same dentist for over 6 years…read more Dr Alan Solomon is an old hand at the dentistry game, and with his colleague Dr Steven Roskier the two have moved to new premises further up Whitehorse Road. The new waiting room and surgery are spacious, light, and comfortable with enormous couches and state of the art dental chairs and appliances. The administrative staff are exceptional. Friendly and welcoming, they are always happy to see you, and offer a great first impression for new comers. Dr Solomon is incredibly good at his job. I have had several chipped teeth, three wisdom teeth removed and a root canal. Throughout all those procedures Dr Solomon has been upfront and efficient. The dental assistants are very friendly and don't nag too much about subpar flossing. Unlike experiences with other dentists I have never felt as though I am being conned, or convinced that I need some pointless procedure. Expect efficient and friendly service with great results.

No, they won't give you antibiotics for your cold. You don't need them. Yes, they will figure things out, or send you on to someone who can. The receptionists are all very friendly, and take great care to learn the names of the more frequent patients and get to know them. It really makes one feel welcome and less awkward about going to the doctors. Bookings can fill up quickly, so either wake up at 7am and call then for the day, or expect to have a next day appointment. It's not always the case, but best not to gamble.

Years later and I've recommended them to a lot of family and friends who live in the area. They've done major work on my mouth including root canals and reconstructions. When I was unemployed they gave me a payment plan to help me keep my mouth healthy without sending me broke. They really care about their patients and I really appreciate that.

Dr Lee as i call him is considered one of the foremost experts in Chinese Medicine in Australia. Regardless of the fact his english is minimal, so please be patient when seeing him, he has gift of knowing your problem and then healing it. I tore my lateral ligament in my left knee, about 70% tear from xray, knee was swollen to 3x normal size. on my third visit to Dr Lee in the first week i watched my knee return to normal size. i was a NZ ARMY medic for 5 years and this was nothing i had seen before. I will always see Dr Lee for any medical treatment before i let western medicine butcher my body through surgery. FYI Western Medical knowledge is a few hundred years old, Chinese Medicine is over 4000 yrs old. Opening hours are varied and phone isn't always answered, but i usually just turn up and he sees me within 10-30mins.

Chelsea Heights Medical Centre is a bulk bill clinic, with a very modern interior and a children's corner equipped with 3 iPads. I didn't have to wait very long at all and was immediately surprised with my Doctors demeanour. Not the usual run of the mill bulk bill clinic Doctors behaviour. He did a full examination, showed me exercises, tested my strength and blood pressure and chest check. He explained everything to me in full and asked me to return in 3 weeks to see how I was going. The clinic is open until 10pm so it will be easy to visit out of working hours. I'm sticking with this clinic for sure. Very impressed.

I had knee replacement last Thursday and I could not have asked for better care…read more I am on day 4 of recovery now and will be released tomorrow Physio started the following morning and although painful regular pain relief without asking and the happiest most caring nurses I have met The meals are room service so come when ever you want to eat with a great diversity and range. Not bland but fresh cooked to order well seasoned no one was more surprised than me as I can safely say I have never had a bad meal. Not that I ever want to be in hospital again but if I do I hope it's here Thank you to all the nursing, catering, cleaning and Physio staff on levels 1 and 4 that I came in contact with.

The level of care and attention shown towards the paitents is admirable and apprecaited. The hospital itself is well present and easily to navigate.
