A great nonsmoking club that features regular entertainment, a welcoming environment and overall…read moregood times. Employees are nice and courteous. Club members don't act like jackasses. Great food. A nice selection of drinks. Even a bowling alley! My kind of club.

Update: Well they finally made a move to improve food service at the Barvarian, but they probably…read morescrewed it up more than they know. Tim's American Cafe is now doing the food. The problem is that the club is now open to the public to eat there. Many of the longtime membership feels slighted. Why are they paying a membership fee when anyone can go, no membership required. Members must put up with the general public coming and going at what once was a private club. Well the Barvarian has seen better days. Maybe as a private club it's run its course and it should just forget the club and open completely to anyone and everyone that wanders by. It's just another restaurant and bowling alley now.
