Instead of my rates going down, they continue to go up, and the entire experience has gone downhill. The adjusters are dishonest, inexperienced, and do not communicate. Because of constant miscommunication and lack of professionalism, nothing gets resolved properly. Customer service, adjusters, and even supervisors are rude, dismissive, and clearly do not care about losing long-term customers.I've been a loyal customer who stayed with the same company for nearly two decades, and this is how that loyalty is treated. They do not deserve my business anymore, and I am officially taking my coverage elsewhere.I do NOT recommend Progressive to anyone. Don't waste your time or money. She was very professional, responsive, friendly and overall she was amazing to work with. She was the first one to call me when I submitted a few quotes and she followed up the next day as I told them that I needed to finalize it within 2 days. While I got a good rate from Sue, at one point I received slightly cheaper options from one of the other companies, I was busy at work, so I thought, you know what it is worth paying the extra as I trusted that she will deliver it on time, I appreciate the personal service and I can cross out one more thing from my to do list.
