I called up Casey's to ask if he could fix my mother in law's Lexus ES300. I told him that I changed the battery myself but now it keeps stalling out. He immediately told me that I could fix this myself by teaching the throttle computer how to idle again by spending 10-20 minutes holding gas to idle. Then drive down the freeway for a bit. Then idle again with the AC on. And repeat all of the above until the computer learns how to idle properly. AND IT WORKED!!! Casey's saved me TIME and MONEY! They could have lied, told me to bring in my car, keep it for 3 days and charge me hundreds of dollars but they didn't! They were HONEST and told me how to fix it myself an didn't make a penny! I had the worst experience here. My car was in the shop for 2 weeks and was never touched. He didn't seem to care. I never got a call from Casey with updates. I had to keep calling him and asking him regarding the status of my car. He kept telling me to call him back that he's REALLY BUSY and when I did it was the same old answer and never had an estimate of when my car would be done. After 2 weeks of me asking he finally said to just pick the car up and that he wasn't going to fix it because he had no help. WASTE OF TIME. He also answers the phone rudely and will hang up with no answer!!!! Unprofessional worst mechanic I have ever experienced. He told me it my head gaskets were blown and they are not had it diagnosed by someone else and it was just the radiator a quick $150 fix Casey was about to charge me 2 thousand dollars. I was getting pushed around by all these other mechanics that where trying to charge me over $400.00 for an A/C leak and Casey's found out my A/C just had the wrong O'ring to the Compressor a very minimal cost had my car in and out in less than 20 minutes when other car places had me waiting over 4 hours just to diagnose and told me I would have to leave my car there for 4 days. Super happy with my experience at Casey's auto. I had my family in our Yukon on our way to Yosemite the day before Thanksgiving when a warning light came on. We diverted our trip through Madera to get the battery checked by an auto parts store. They said that the alternator was not charging fully. I didn't want to drive into Yosemite and have our battery fail. We called Casey and he was just about to close up shop and go home for the holiday, but he told us to bring the truck by. He confirmed that the alternator was failing and said he could fix it right then. He got the new part delivered and installed in about 20 minutes, then we were on our way. He could have taken advantage of us because we were in a desperate situation, but he treated us right. The price was great. Casey was very friendly and knowledgeable.
