Frequently out of ingredients, and usually unable to accommodate doubling meat. Ordered a salad this evening and they didn't include the lettuce. What?!?! Pulled up and at least 3 employees were standing outside, one sucking on a vape pen and with a tiny (although cute) dog in arms. The one bright spot is the woman I'll presume must be a manager- always friendly and clearly trying her best to run a shop with subpar staff.
