Liz and Ray are very affordable and are the type of photographers who are really interested in learning what you want from your photos. They also did our engagement photos and gave us a deal on that. We love those as well! I should also note they're really talented at shooting in all different lights. We had a nighttime NYE wedding and wanted lots of pictures of the dance floor which was almost completely dark with club lights. Despite this the pictures came out BEAUTIFULLY. I have no idea how they did that but if you have an evening wedding and are worried about dark lighting these are the photographers to go with! All of our friends have been saying how our photos look straight out of the movies. They're really sweet people who were really flexible in working with us even when we had last minute requests. She did an amazing job with my hair and makeup. She helped me with my outfit choices to make sure color and lighting were perfect. I put my trust in her and the session was amazing. The session itself was so invigorating. I'm not sure which part was better... the session and posing for these sexy pics or the pictures. The pictures are amazing. I want them all. I chose boudoir as I havent done it before and I was feeling not so great about my body recently. I am SO glad I did it! Since i dont live in Philly I booked a hotel nearby and made a weekend of it. I was the first shoot of the day so I arrived at the studio the same time as my photographer Shannon and she was so great! We got in and got settled quickly then talked through the "why" of why I chose boudoir then we went through the items i brought and some that they had to pick my outfits. I opted to have them do my makeup since i pretty much suck at it and it was much cheaper than going out to buy all the items I would need. Shannon did a great job at it and I kept "my face on" the rest of the day and got so many compliments. Then on to the actual photos. I felt so comfortable in the presence of a stranger dressing down to lingerie and this is mostly because Shannon has such a great personality. She makes you feel comfortable. The poses were fun and she demonstrated each one and answered questions as we went through. i get kinda awkward with my hands so it was nice to have someone re adjust them and make sure every piece of hair was in the right place. it really showed in the photos i received! I had given myself a limit ahead of time as to how many pictures i would purchase so that I wouldn't go crazy and it was easy to go crazy. they sent me about 90 photos both in color and black and white and I loved a lot of them. Those i didnt love wasnt anyone's fault but my own.. I didnt love the third outfit i chose for myself and I didnt work on my "sexy face" as the website suggest so i felt some looked a little awkward, kinda like me trying to hard to be sexy. Overall i have some great shots from the shoot and some awesome birthday memories! I got the digital prints (they send them in color and in black and white) so i cant wait to make canvases of them to display in my walk in closet. Now every time i go to get dressed i'll be reminded of how beautiful i am stripped down.
