Even though I ordered online, the designated store that sent me the goods is this one so I wanted to thank all the staff members who help make the online ordering process swift and seamless. Delivery on both was faster then comparable items on Amazon Prime. And literally the savings they have going on cannot be turned away! I've always taken a heart to craft stores even though I'm not always the craftiest person I like to make things even if they don't always come out as imagined but I truly appreciate this store keeping the crafting experience above satisfactory even through virtual experience. She is really good about greeting us as we walk by in the mall and making sure the ring is good and clean. The ONLY reason why it's a 4 star and not 5 is because the online payment system SUCKS!!!!! I have to pay more each time because my payment never goes through so I have to call with a confirmation number and magically they find it. So when I them to ask why this has happened every time for a year they were telling I was putting my bank/card info wrong when I use the same info for all of my other bills. (house, 2 cars, insurance, phone, utilities, etc..) So they said well I don't why. It's been a real pain so now I need to start going in and paying. which I don't mind but its just an extra step. I do suggest Kay jewelers and to go see Maria! But when you pay the bill make sure to go in and pay!
