The customer service is rude. Even if u get there 45 minutes prior to closing they start locking…read morethe door n if left a document in the car they don't let u get it they will make you come back again. Like if capital ones has several branches they don't not in my area so I always have to drive a good amount to deal with kind of people. The manager told me of a new stablisment I ask if she could please write it down for me she rudely and with a loud voice said is in the bullit board take a picture. The capital one has several people working there but honestly all them act like they can't handle a simple task. You ask a question all you hear is mmmmm let me ask it goes down the like asking one another and at the end not even the manager knows. I can see why so many capitals one branches have close the ppl they hire sucked. I have asked the same question regarding 1 issue 3 times at this branch and have gotten 3 completely different responses, which were all incorrect. They don't care when you ask for a manager- they are never there. Representatives need better training on the terms and conditions of Capital One and need to learn that if they are not familiar or able to answer, they should assure the client gets connected with someone who can.
