The faces i saw in line so furious, that there was not instant service said loads. Really? Placed a call to the customer service team for assistance with payment issue 2/24/25. I told her you work there so it should be easy. She had an attitude and spoke to me in a demeaning voice the entire conversation. I had to reroute the conversation and ask her to slow down and change her tone of voice. She appeared to be irritated that I was not responding in the manner she wanted, in attempting to find a solution to my problem. I ended up ending the call and telling her she was not helpful if I needed further assistance I would call back and speak with another representative. I was blown away by how rude and unhelpful she was. Never have I had this experience with a customer service representative at a bank. I'm not happy that I have to bank with this company.
