While I was in Room 20 on the second floor, I could clearly hear the doctor-patient conversation in the room next to me. I raised the concern during my visit and was told the sound machine in the room is there because this is a known issue. My doctor also told me he had already raised the issue with Confluence management, no action had been taken, and he would mention it again. When I asked if it was just this room, he said no, it was every room.

Several months later I received a bill, which is fine. I could not tell by reviewing the bill if they had billed my secondary insurance. I called and a nice gal helped me and said it looks as though they did not bill my secondary insurance and that she would submit it and to check with them in a couple of weeks. I spoke to her a couple of weeks later and she said that someone in their office had went "into my account" with the insurance company and it was sitting there needing more information from me, etc. I contacted my insurance company and no invoice/bill for that service date was submitted - there was one for a date 2 weeks later, etc. I went back and forth with the insurance company and them to no avail - lab saying yes it was submitted and insurance company denying it.... I have therefore paid the bill and had to submit it myself for reimbursement. Not very pleased that I spent all that time when they should have submitted the bill.

After being set up with my machine by a medical equipment company and slowly trying to acclimate it became very apparent the pressures were set to high. I spoke to the technician at the medical supply company that sets up and inputs the pressures provided by Central WA Sleep Diagnostic Center about the fact that using the machine for extended periods bloated my stomach and caused significant pain. They tried contacting Central WA Sleep Diagnostic Center to get a permission to change the settings and after getting the run around he was told they would write a new Rx and send it over. Its now been 3 weeks and multiple calls later and he still hasn't gotten a Rx. So I called today to be told the Spokane office closed 2 weeks ago(with no communication that this happened), though they claimed a letter was mailed, and that they won't write a new Rx I can either drive 1.5 to 2 hours to one of their different locations to be seen again (now I've already had 3 office visits with Central WA Sleep Diagnostics and 2 in lab sleep studies) or I can transfer somewhere else. In the meantime I'm stuck having to use a machine, 4 hours a day at least, that is physically hurting me, otherwise insurance will deny coverage for it. Don't worry though they were more than happy to take my payment for the bill their closed Spokane office sent me.

My husband and I came here due to the Leavenworth not having L&D to monitor my baby and make sure…read moreshe was okay. When I arrived, everyone was so prompt on getting things moving fast for me to ensure I was reassured my baby was okay and that I was okay too since I was feeling like cramping in my right side. My nurse Judy, Lisa, Brenna and another nurse that I hate that I didn't get her name but these gals were so amazing. They truly reassured me constantly despite me feeling so anxious that I was going to be okay. They admitted me for infection which I was not expecting and it turned into a 3 day stay, but despite that, they ensure to keep me hydrated, I felt heard and involved in my care. Dr Wells and Dr Marbett were amazing. I was a little upset about waiting on Dr wells all day to find out if I was staying another night or not especially since I was 3 1/2 hours from home and was eager to get back, but he apologized for the delay and was very kind. He was the on call doctor for the emergency room, mother baby, and labor & delivery so he was super busy all day unfortunately which is no fault to him at all. Some days you can't predict how busy you'll be. Dr wells ended up visiting me at 11pm while I was resting, but he was super kind about waking me up and gave me a reassuring update. The following day, he was very was very prompt on getting to me nice and early to ensure I was still okay and agreement with our plan for me to discharge which I was very eager for. My baby did cause us to have a little scare and contractions were happening prior to my discharge but Dr Peterson reassured me a lot and answered all of my questions so I could start on my trek home. Everyone here was so kind and considerate. I can't rave enough about their Mother/Baby department.
