Customers are rushing around, clerks are all over the place but they can't help because they are new at work or they can't speak English. The place is like a beehive with self- check. Great place to get French food items or minimalist style /city style clothing. Prices are reasonable. They sell home, garden supplies too. They do not sell pharmacy items like aspirin or cough lozenges. Everything is French produced here. Superb place to purchase France's food souvenirs to take home. Reasonable prices.

As I am living in Lyon and need basic household items, I am finding this Carrefour City quite agreeable to my wallet. TAKE YOUR OWN BAGS. Quite understandably they charge for plastic bags. Tropicana juices are also approx 1e+ LESS than at Mono. Condiments are also much less. 8pk quality t.p. is also barely over 2e50...EIGHT PACK. yep, this place wins my $hopping euro$
