I went to the Show lounge expecting to see the show and a security agent told me that the show had been cancelled a few days earlier and told me refunds had been issued. I did not receive a refund, so after a few days I contacted the Show Lounge to see the status of the promised refund - my tickets had not been refunded ! Good thing I called as I would have been out $100! There was not a posting ANYWHERE - no email notification, nothing on the website nor at the main entrance to the casino! Frustrating! On my call to the show lounge I did not even get an apology!! Very poor customer service and business practice!

Took a shower, room filled with steam, even with the shower curtain pulled closed water was spraying outside/misting outside the tub, couldn't leave our clothes to change into inside the bathroom. Tub drain could not drain as fast as the shower head was pouring water in... Vending machine that didn't work isn't operated by the hotel. No USB ports so bring a wall plug adapter if you need to charge your phone. One of the bed side lamps didn't work. Had to track down a MESS of electrical cords to the other side of the bed and figure out which plug wasn't making contact. Another tangle of electrical cords for the coffee maker, lamp, fridge and TV, don't bring little kids in this room! Stains on chair upholstery....what is it? Upside? The hotel's restaurant meal was very good. Better than good. Would have liked to see the quality of liquors stocked move up a notch though.

They refunded the difference which was fine. Although it would have been nice to know before hand that there was so many stairs. I discovered a sign on the wall, while waiting for my friend to return, that does indicate the stairs, but it is quite high on the wall and printed in white on dark brown. We had also booked the the Chinese Tour. The staff was very accommodating, taking me in a wheel chair through the whole thing. It was well worth the wait and we both enjoyed it. The Bunker 44, about one of our roles in WW2..... very interesting also...it gives another meaning to   " propaganda " Chicago.....incredible ...These tunnels are under the existing streets of Moose Jaw ...and many, many rooms! definitely worth a visit!

I like the fact that you can connect your Netflix account to it and carry on with the series you're watching.. makes you feel a little at home. There is happy hour in the lounge on Tuesday evenings where drinks and appetizers are served each week and you're invited to participate in a weekly draw to earn 5000 Marriott reward points. They have hot breakfast.. which is pretty good. The internet is free. The location is great as it's located right across Casino Regina and next to the Cornwall Centre(shopping mall) and it's connected to it through second floor do you don't even have to walk out in winters. And the best part about the hotel is it's friendly staff. Their hospitality is amazing and they take great care of their guests.

It's located right downtown, across the street from the casino, and a block to the mall. The hotel itself isn't bad. I would say it is a solid 3 star hotel. They have complimentary breakfast, which has quite a variety of items ( sausages, eggs, scones, muffins, pastries, fruit, waffles, coffee, tea, juice, hot chocolate ect ) There is a dining area to enjoy your food, it was clean and well maintained. The room was large, had a king size bed, as well as a couch, desk and decent bathroom. The maids were saw were friendly and gave me extra towels and toiletries no problem - Now for the bad. - The bed & pillows were ROCK hard! It felt like sleeping on a large hard match box. The pillows were way too thick and firm. There was no way I could use them - I took a cushion off the couch and wrapped it in a pillow case . Still not great. We checked out on Wed morning. It's now Friday morning and I see that my credit card ( which was only used for deposit ) has been charged 214$ !! My Gf had already paid the room via Expedia ... Or so we thought ...no one informed us of this when we checked in or out..l

The WiFi is the slowest I've found at any hotel in years. The breakfast offering is rather embarrassing. Consider: "Excuse me, we're out of eggs, bacon, and all the coffee carafes are empty." "Don't worry, they're in the microwave." I just spent the weekend in a much cheaper hotel in a small town that had blazing WiFi, free parking, and an all around better experience. The contrast is striking.

Many of the visual appearances, floor tiles, drywall in lobby that needs finishing, tiles missing on the walls in the lobby and halls, chairs needs to be cleaned and reupholstered, the drapes in our room has stains all over and did not even close properly. The hot breakfast was awful, would not even eat it, watered down juice and coffee, the only food that was decent was the bagels and waffles. Staff were not friendly, did not smile or look your way. The manager was in the buffet area on his phone whenever I walked by to smoke outside, no butt deposal, so you had to use the planter. Also, was charged the room and a deposit of $250 for the dogs the day we arrived, once we checked out the manager checked our room and refunded the deposit - so he said, however this was not done until 5 days later. She welcomed me back as a Hilton Honors member and gave me the welcome gift bag. She gave us the time for breakfast and all the information we needed. Our room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The hotel is only a few years old but, it is very clean and looks brand new. The rest of the staff were all very friendly and helpful if needed. The breakfast was very nice. Everything was kept filled and fresh and the tables were cleaned as necessary. There are restaurants and shops close by that you can walk to if you choose. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again when we travel to this area again.
