The vibe isn't like Vegas or casinos around the U.S. It's relatively quiet. We were there for a few hours and didn't see any payouts. There is a larger downstairs area with restaurants, slots and bar. The upstairs area is much smaller and has slots, table games and a VIP lounge. Some of the slots are the same ones you'll find in the U.S. and are easy to figure out. Other slots are not in English but you'll be able to figure it out relatively quickly with trial and error.

It was evident that the taxi driver had no clue where to drop us off. As he drove he kept shrugging his shoulders and lifting his hands palm up. Of course there was a sudden downpour and people outside were running or getting out their umbrellas. Fast forward he let us off at this casino. Nothing like Vegas. Women were scarce except for workers at the bar. No scantily revealing uniforms. No showgirls visible or shows of slot machines lighting up. Men were at the tables. We asked the man on the first floor where are the restaurants? He said try the 2 nd floor. We took the elevator up. People were scanning something to enter like you do at a Japan train station. I asked a worker and she spoke English so well. She said scan your passport. I told her I left it back at the hotel. Hooray Hawaii drivers licenses counted. She took it from us then gave us a ticket to use saying good til 3 a.m. I asked her where are the restaurants? She pointed to the right back of us, that's Chinese. Then she said over there has Portuguese food but they don't open til 7 pm. She advised go to the bar they have hamburgers and things. We sat at a low table, asked the roaming drink person if they had a menu. Whoa... lots of choices in Portuguese with English in smaller print below. Good place for people watching to observe the local clientele.
