Most of the time in order to get a good pulque, you have to go to near by towns around the city . This place serves pulque fresh and ready to drink. This place has a laid back feel to it. The owner is very kind and manage able. More or less it's full of high school / college kids. Accessible prices ranging from $20-$40 pesos(depending on how you want your drink normal (plain flavored) or "curado" ( mixed with a varity of flavors) I recommend the guyaba curado.

We tried La Pasita (raisin liqueur with a raisin and a cube of goat's cheese), Sangre de Brujas con zarzamora y jamaica (witches' blood with blackberries and hibiscus) and Amontillada de naranja (orange liquer). We decided to try our luck anyway but unfortunately it was closed so we went to a cafe next door to refuel with coffee. We also asked our server what time La Pasita would open but she just shrugged and said it changed a lot. However we got really lucky and when we left the coffee shop (around 3:15pm on Tuesday), the bar had opened! We were the only customers there, so we immediately ordered a round of the Pasita drink, which had a sweet, unique flavor. The bartender didn't speak any English but luckily we had a Spanish speaker with us who translated. Apparently if you drink 100 shots of Pasita in 2 hours, they'll pay you 50,000 pesos.... and cover the funeral costs! He told us that one person had accomplished it before, and another guy got to 92 drinks and then had to go to the hospital. Yikes! There's even a fake (I hope??) tombstone in the corner for him haha If you're luckily enough to find this place open, definitely swing by! Well, la Pasita is that immortal place where you can have... a Pasita! If you're in Puebla, you have to try one, and it doesn't matter whether you'll like it or not (it's sweet). You will find a large choice at an inexpensive price. The bartender (the owner?) is friendly. The only issue that we had is that there was no water in the restroom... But if you know the area, you also know that this happens a lot in small bars. Also I wish they were serving food.
