Was a great place to do my generals, lot's of really awesome professors and faculty that care about students. Class difficulty and quality is very comparable to the university classes i have taken since i left Casper. If you can bear missing out on the social life that comes with living on a big university campus, then CC is a very good route to consider. read more

This college has really gone downhill. For all the funding they get you would think they would get better not worse. The library hours are very short even though college tuition gets raised every other year. It cost 4x asmuch now as 20 years ago and 2x more than it did 4 years ago to go to college here. I graduated from here and i take classes there and at uw/cc outreach. Just everything has gotten terrible and the classes arent that great. read more

History

Established in 1945.

Casper College is one of the largest and most comprehensive community colleges in the region. It has a well-deserved reputation for its academic and technical programs. Casper College is Wyoming's first junior college and was initially located on the third floor of Natrona County High School, Casper College moved to its current site 10 years later. Currently the campus consists of 28 buildings on more than 200 acres with multiple construction projects currently underway. The grounds are distinctive, with terraces that surround the modern buildings.
