Cassopolis Family Clinic Network, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, was designated as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in 2007. Governed by a volunteer Board of Directors, no less than 51% of the board members must be users of CFCN services. This assures that services are responsive to the needs of the community.
History
Established in 1964.
The medical practice now known as Cassopolis Family Clinic was just a dream in 1958. A group of Cassopolis business leaders had the vision of creating a family medical practice to serve the community in 1958. They committed to the idea, garnered community support, raised money, built a building and recruited doctors to town. 50 years later, Cassopolis Family Clinic Network honors those community leaders, who we fondly refer to as our "Founding Fathers", by sharing their vision of affordable, accessible healthcare for the entire community. Throughout the years, the ownership of the practice has changed, as has the name. But one thing has remained constant. The dedicated Board of Directors, physicians and staff remain committed to serving the community.

Cassopolis Family Clinic Network has been the healthcare home in our community for more than fifty years. It is the place where families come because they trust the people they know to provide the medical, dental, and behavioral healthcare they need. Cassopolis Family Clinic Network is staffed by physicians who are board-certified in family practice. This means they provide a broad spectrum of care for the entire family, including obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, primary care, and gerontology.
