The phone system sucks to high heaven. Hospice does not have it's own dedicated phone line. Callers cannot EVER get through; the call loops through the Cass County Health Dept phone system. One of the many layers of unaccountability. These hospice slackers are unavailable from noon to one every weekday. The slackers do not take calls after 3 pm and they do not respond to emergencies after 3 pm either. The slackers are unavailable every weekend and every holiday. The slackers took FOUR (4) DAYS off for Thanksgiving and there was no one to cover the shifts. WTF? This is hospice, Ellie Mae! These country bumpkins are side-winding, Medicare system suckers IF (ginormous IF) Cass Cty Hospice does happen to provide the supplies they are required to then the supplies are purchased from Dollar General & delivered back-woods ghetto style in the trademark yellow & black bags which is in violation of Medicare regulations. What kind of low life, scum bag hospice buys supplies at Dollar General & then charges Medicare $500 bucks? Answer: Cass Schuyler Area Hospice. Those actions constitute FRAUD, Jethro! At least one CNA is a bold face liar who will attempt to blow smoke up your ass & then smile at you like her family tree doesn't fork. At least one RN appears as though she just rolled out of a fentanyl flophouse with ratty, unkempt hair, wrinkled, filthy pants with fuzz balls and a shirt to match. SCARY! This is a Medicare- certified hospice that cannot provide any medical equipment at all on any level. Not even bandaids. Medicare QIO needs to shut this system sucker down.
