I am not a hot coffee drinker, but asked my coffee-fiend friend what she thought of hers (I believe she had a regular cappuccino) and she couldn't fault it. I had some of their famous waffles which are SO DELICIOUS. The fruit is fresh and they make the waffles right there (no re-heating). I also tried a cupcake and a macron and they were yummy (it was a big day for my stomach). I also like how they've started to introduce gluten-free and dairy-free options, as some of my friends can't tolerate gluten or dairy. The interior is quirky and vintage land which makes it stand out in Penrith. Waffle Co reminds me of one of the funky and hip cafes you'd find down a back alley in Melbourne, except it's in western sydney!
