Cassoday Bike Run is a first sunday event from March to Oct of each year, This is the June run and it was a good turn out. There was about 35 venders selling food, leather, biker good, a bike dino for test running, and even a painter doing art work on bikes. The bikes start coming in pretty good at about 8am and by 10:30 the little town is filled to the seams with about 1500 motorcycles. By 1pm the place is near empty again and the venders start loading back up to go there seperate ways.
I had a Biscut and gravy for breakfast for $3.50, and it was very good. Had a funnel cake from another booth that was also hard to beat. Finished off with a pulled pork BBQ sandwich from one of the 3 BBQ stands that was mighty fine. I was very happy with all the food venders I hit today.
There was every kind of bike and many trikes there to check out. check out the pictures of todays run. read more
