Thank goodness I do not use them for investments or anything else. The branch manager is completely useless and has no idea what complete and utter disarray his branch is in. The lack of ownership for the mistakes that are made is incredible since they are all supposed to be "grown ups". If you think calling their customer service number is going to be better, BIG SHOCK, you would be 1000% wrong. Try to call and ask a representative that barely speaks English and is clearly reading from a book on what to say and has no idea about banking in the US. All they can do is say "sorry, I will look into that" and each time you call and ask the same question you get a different answer. It is just so sad to know that Citibank was once an amazing bank with wonderful, knowledgeable staff and is now just a pathetic shell of itself.
