Prince Scott had good reviews on google, but we did not have a good experience. My husband realized a major issue and we had to revise it. Had my husband not caught it, I don't know what would've happened. He charged us for a service and the documents were missing and said nothing about it. So not only should we have been contacted about the missing documents, we should have been asked if we wanted a refund for the charge or to submit documents to receive the service. He was incredibly hard to get ahold of when there were issues or concerns. We always had to leave multiple messages with his secretary, took over a week to answer emails or didn't answer at all. All of this to say, in the end our taxes were still done incorrectly and we were contacted by the IRS multiple times about fixing it in two different states, just to receive a refund that was way different than what Prince said we would receive anyway. I do not recommend this business and we will continue to file on turbo tax from here on out.
