They are a very friendly and reliable service who will go out of their way to help you get to your destination as quickly and as easily as possible. One of this company's drivers has narrowly (by a matter of seconds) just missed crashing into my car as the driver was speeding through a red light on a roundabout in Pontypridd that meets the slip road from the A470. After beeping the careless idiot who was also on his phone, he proceeded (unsuccessfully) to intimidate me by following my car! For anyone considering using a company who would employ such drivers, I'd strongly advise to use a different firm. AWFUL. The driver was rude and when asked to slow down due to speeding well over the speed limit swore at us and asked us to get out of the taxi... Once I got my money back which was given up front in good faith, we got out. This attitude I found disgusting, At the time I also rang Castell themselves and they said 'what is your problem babe' and did not care, I rang three times and had practically the same response every time, this I think is disgusting. Rude,rude,rude.Firstly I called with regards to a taxi I had booked to the airport. When it was late I rang. The lady who answered said she didn't know why I was telling her,its not her problem. Turns out it was her who forgot to write in that I had booked it. Then my partner booked a taxi to the train station, when she rang to cancel because it was late and she had missed her train, the gentleman told her he would remember that we cancelled and remember our address. Now as a supposed professional firm, I think threatening your customers isn't really the thing to do. I only moved to the area about 6 months ago and used Castell alot in the beginning, needless to say I will not be using them again. I had to give them a one star rating because it won't allow me to give nothing. Absolutely appalling!!!!! read more
