He quickly assimilates the facts of a new suit, determines the main argument he will put forth and what evidence needs to be gathered to support it. He keeps in close touch with the client by phone and e-mail. Like a good teacher he motivates the client to try his/her hardest to collect evidence. The issue I have is after meeting with him and being told that yes I have a case, and he could help me, I received his contract. In the contract is clearly stated that he charges $225 an hour billed in 10 minute increments. I emailed him asking if according to his own contract he charges $225 an hour billed in 10 minute increments, why was I billed $300 for 20 minutes. For over a month I couldn't get him to respond, the referring law firm couldn't get him to respond, and legal shield corporate could not get him to respond. In fact I did not get a response until 40 days later when I left him a voicemail, stating a complaint with the New Mexico Bar Association has been filed against him. Rather than apologizing all he wanted to do was insult me. This guy is a con man and should have his license revoked.
