This is the worst Castle store in the chain and the worst pawn shop in NWA. I spend a LOT of money in pawn shops across the area every year and this shop is by far the hardest to deal with with the worst prices. Good luck making them an offer, because if you expect a better deal than $5 off, you'd better go elsewhere. These guys will let a $300 sale walk over $10. Definitely not recommended. read more

These people are a bunch of circus monkeys and mike the new manager and carlos the account manager ( who was there when Steve was manager he probably did his best to get rid of steve )both of these guys are idiots and are the ring masters of what is now nothing more then a bunch of thief's. We had been customers for over 12 years they screwed up big time when they moved Steve. Now once you get close to having stuff paid off they do their best to get the stuff back including $5 week as well as $1 a day for each item if you make a late payment.READ THE FINE PRINT ON THE CONTRACT. The account was actually mine I started it while my husband and I were separated. They took me off the account and put it in my husbands name. We were told that we could pay half of the payoff on a grill and the other half next week by an assistant manager Jennifer on Wednesday july 5th. When my husband called them and told them to take it off his debit card they said if he didnt pay it off they would come pick it up. Even though it would be caught up. All this happened after Carlos illegally used my debit card. He was told to take $50 but choose to help himself to $126. I refused to give them there tv and entertainment center(which would not stay together ) they claimed they refunded the money but the receipts are bogus both show the same time. When they charged it which was actually 2 hours earlier and refunded it. We were told it would go back immediately by Carlos he even sent me a text saying it was there I checked and he lied. I was on the phone with my bank they said that I didnt even show a deposit pending. Don't buy into their royalty add on its a joke. They don't fix crap.I purchased a brand new recliner that they took and left an unacceptable loner sized for a short hobbit. I told them I didnt want or need a loner we also had a washing machine at first they were just going to leave us without a washer completely but then sent a piece of crap after 6 months we called we had called several times but were told all kinds of crap, they intended to leave the loners as a replacements first it did not match ANYTHING and 2nd im not that short.. It is a bait and switch program we also purchased a matching set washer and dryer. We got tired of waiting after 6 months and got told that the "loner" was not a loner it was a replacement. It did not match and had definitely been not gently used and was a piece of crap. Mike even made the comment that it looked like someone pulled the stuffing out of my recliner. Why would I sit and do that? I have better things to do then trash my furniture. Finally after having to make a huge stink they brought us a matching washer like I had purchased and sent my recliner back in worse shape then when they picked it up. These people are some of the biggest lier's I have ever done business with. Its very sad they moved the biggest asset that company had. Steve treated people with respect and dignity. I should have told them pick it up its in the back yard. And let my pitbull and my Rottweiler help them out. Jennifer Mike and Carlos are all in a partnership to screw people. These people are 100% scam artists, don't bring any of your nice merchandise in to sell/pawn. They will give you the most low ball offer that will make you wonder if they are questioning your intelligence. If you're a woman, I suggest bringing a man in with you. They seem to really think ladies are dumb and have no knowledge of products they are selling/buying, and in that case will scam you even worse then a man.
