He was patient with me and was able to answer questions about the history of the house . He even gave me a few pointers about things that may need to be done if I purchase the home . I continued to see others house and mr Ham was always happy to show them to me in short notice and he always had others houses to show me as a back up . At the end I was extremely happy and appreciated his time and efforts of helping me find my dream home. I lived in the Grove for 9 years and always heard of Adam Kutner. We figured we'd give him a call to see if he could help us find a new tenant. We found that our experience with Adam and his team at Grove Town Properties was nothing short of stellar. I'm not sure if I could say enough nice things about Adam and his partner, Joey. They truly went above and beyond to find us a highly qualified renter with all necessary checks. They handled condo association approval which is normally a lengthy process. They had their cleaning/repair team in place the moment the condo was vacated so that we didn't have any lost days of rent. They either answer on the first call, respond quickly to texts, or call right back (they are highly attentive). Since the tenant moved in, we had a couple of issues in the apartment (a leak from the upstairs bathroom) and not surprisingly, once again they rose to the occasion and helped me coordinate a plumber and repairman to come to the condo. This of course was not part of their contract, but these are just the kind of people you get with this company. My husband and I feel like we have our realtors for the life of our ownership of this rental property. We are so grateful to have found them and are confident that if you decide to partner with them, that's what you get - partners.

I meet Adam Kutner (an associate there) years ago as he helped to lease one of the condo-townhouses in our old complex. He sold my friend's unit last year and when it came time to sell we contacted Adam. Additionally, he was recommended to me by a couple of people in the Grove too. I believe Adam is very honest and helpful, without him, we would have never gotten the house he found us! Then, when it came time to sell out condo - he had it under contract in less than 8 days. He is a realtor who cares, and makes sure you (as the client) are comfortable with the over all deal - and any special circumstances that might arise during the process of buying and selling. This group knows the Grove well, and I highly recommend them if you are buying, selling or both (as we did).

I want to warn other homeowners and buyers about my experience with Devron Glenn and his wife…read moreCortney Glenn, an agent with Lifestyle International Realty. After deciding not to move forward with him, he recorded a Notice of Interest (NOI) against our property even though only one of the owners had signed. His own contract clearly referenced another "owner of record," and he was also in communication with our probate attorney, so he knew full well that another signature was required. Even after the NOI was recorded, our family continued to communicate with him, and he was reminded that there was an additional owner; yet, he still refused to release it. This was nothing more than an attempt to hold our property hostage and keep it under his control. At one point, he even tried to renegotiate the price down by $120,000, using the NOI as leverage. He then ignored calls from us, from the title company, and from other agents, dragging the process out and creating unnecessary hardship. To make matters worse, he did not make it clear up front that he was a licensed Realtor®. By presenting himself as simply an "investor," he positioned himself to take advantage of sellers without the transparency and standards expected of licensed professionals. If this happens to you: File an ethics complaint with the Miami Association of Realtors. Report the conduct to FREC (Florida Real Estate Commission). Submit a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Contact the Florida Attorney General's Office. Homeowners deserve fair treatment, not intimidation tactics or improper filings that block their ability to sell. Please do your homework before engaging with this agent or Lifestyle International Realty.
