A number of the staff here also speak enough English to have a conversation in case you don't speak French :-) Service is good and they have a great hassle free return policy which we have used a couple of times. Many of the items are in stock but a lot of stuff needs to be ordered and picked up at a later date. All items on stock are clearly marked so you know. I like this shop and been to two other branches of theirs and had a good experience.
