I cannot stress enough how much I recommend this company. A couple of years ago I took my car to the dealer who sold me my car for inspection. They told me I needed new brakes and new tires. Since dealers usually upcharge for this stuff I searched online for deals on new tires and Casullo's came up. I took my car in and asked them to look at the brakes as well. Alex called back and said, "I'd love to sell you new brakes, but these are fine. Come back in six months and we'll check them again." He then installed the new tires. Six months later I called to have them check the brakes again. Alex said EXACTLY the same thing. "Bring it back in six months." Half a year later he says, "Yeah, your back brakes should be swapped out, but your front is fine for now. Bring it back in another six months." Finally this September (during inspection) Alex replaced the front brakes, and installed new windshield wipers. He didn't try to upsell me on every component in my car. Well, today (December 2025) one of my windshield wipers fell off when I was scraping the windshield. I've installed them before: any new blades for the past ten years or more are a major pain in the butt to install - - bad design, counterintuitive - - you have to spend at least a half hour on YouTube to figure it out, and I didn't have any inclination to go through it again. Without a lot of hope on the walk-in front, I drove straight to Casullo's, explained the situation, and Alex came right out, drove it into the garage and re-installed the offending blade. He even topped off my tire, which was low!!! You don't find this kind of honesty and attention to customer service much any more. Casullo's is my garage from now on! read more

Got recommended to come here by a manager at delta sonic and since then countless people I have spoken too recommends this place as well! They definitely have a great reputation and after my experience here I can see why! I got really fast service and everyone was so professional. I had to replace my leaking radiator and leaky TPMS. Alex answered all my questions and took the time to explain what he was doing. Even though I had a small problem afterwards, I came back and they were able to resolve the issue. Another plus, they gave me a courtesy cleaning that I didn't even expect and they did such a good job! I have been taking my car to Casullo's now for close to four years now. Reception is always very nice and the waiting area is exceptionally clean. Seriously, I've eaten food in places that aren't as clean as this shop. Also, I have never had any trouble getting my car in within a reasonable time. They are always very clear on the costs involved. If you are dropping your car off for a specific service, they'll make sure you know the cost before you leave. If the problem is yet to be determined, they will call with an estimate to get your approval. They might give you a range, not an exact price but I have never been surprised when it came time to cash out. One thing to note: they use a synthetic oil for their oil changes. With this type of oil, you can go twice as long between changes and it's better for your engine, so it makes sense that it costs more. But I wasn't familiar with this at the time. So I guess that is something to be aware of if the price you have in mind is one for a standard, conventional oil change. That first oil change here was the only time I have ever been surprised by the cost. The real stand-out thing comes back to the cleanliness again. I always leave here with a cleaner interior that I arrived with. The dash and any area that may have been touched during service is wiped down and I think they vacuum as well. I don't know, I just always feel like a got a mini interior detail job along with my service when I pick up my car. They definitely seem to be serious about cleanliness here and that's probably the last thing that I expect from an auto shop. read more

I had recently ordered floor mats through casullo's. There was a 3% charge for using a credit card at the time of order and I agreed to the fee. However, when the mats came in, they did not fit the vehicle. I returned to the service center and the representative discovered that the mats in the box did not match the labeling on the packaging. He was unable to provide a replacement. When I requested a refund since the mats were not the mats that I had ordered, he said he had to charge me an additional 3% for the refund transaction. I told him that it didn't seem fair that I'd have to pay an additional fee for the return transaction because I was willing to except a replacement, and that the problem occurred on their end. I also said that I would be willing to take cash or check, but he was unwilling to provide either. I think it's incredibly poor business to charge customers when mistakes occur on the business end. I recommend taking your business elsewhere. read more

I brought a vehicle in for an inspection so they could assess if my seat could be repaired(seat bolster ripped). I was told, based on the design of the seat that repair was not an option and an entirely new seat cover would be needed which they estimated would be $700-800. With that price, coupled with the "absolutely no way to repair it" attitude, I set out to get a second opinion. Luckily I did, and I found another local business that could fix it, finished it in less than a day, and only charged me $150. The repair looks great, and is exactly what I was looking for. I am disappointed, that they either were unwilling to do the job even though they state that they repair upholstery, or if they were not capable of performing the repair, they should not claim to be in that line of work. The staff were friendly, which is the reason I'm giving them the extra star for two total. read more

I just bought a new truck and I was told by many people to get the spray in bedliner at Line-x in Depew but Casullo's is located very close to home and offers it as well (but with a much better deal). I'm very cautious with who I let touch my truck. Not only did they do an amazing job, I even saved some money. They took such good care of my truck and they went above and beyond to answer all of my questions or alleviate my concerns before the job. Since I was there already and in the market for a Tonneau cover, I had them throw on one of those as well. Looks like a brand new truck. Don't waste your hard earned dollars at the other places. I've had my vehicles serviced at Casullo's for the last 2 years - from accessory installations to vehicle maintenance. They are refreshingly good at communication, customer service, quality, price, and honesty. Just yesterday I talked with their service manager, Alex, about getting spark plugs, coolant flush/fill, crankcase oil flush/fill. He gave me a very reasonable quote. But then asked me why would I want to do this with only 65k miles on my toyota, they said the services aren't needed until over 100k miles. It turns out I mistakenly looked up the wrong maintenance chart for my vehicle. Alex said those services wasn't necessary for my vehicle with this mileage. I managed to jam the seat belt on the passenger side of a friend's Chevy van. We took it to a local dealership & one of the worker's there couldn't fix it. He recommended that we go to Casullo's, since they install custom seat covers for the dealership. The reason we needed to do that: In order to unjam the restraint system, we needed to remove the head rest & the dealer's person couldn't do that. I have had my automobiles serviced at Casullo's for years and can not say enough about the quality of the service. Cars are always repaired on time. Repairs are explained clearly before any work gets done and most important "cars are repaired with quality". Many times they detail the car as a surprise. I had a recent issue with my 2013 terrain, a warranty item (handled by dealer only) discovered by Casullo's. Casullo's then referred me to a dealership and then Casullo's worked with the dealership to insure I was taken care of. It took all the stress out of the situation for me. I ended up paying 0$. They always think customer first. On a side note, they have squeezed my visiting out of town kids in for service on short notice when needed. Really appreciated! Casullo's is a convenient auto service near where we live. I've had my oil changed and inspection there around the same time. They have a very friendly receptionist and they're very prompt getting the work done. My only complaint was neither time did they fill or rotate my tires. It's the winter months and it sucked having to fill the air myself outside at a gas station when I would have assumed it'd be included in one of those appointments. read more

Casullo's inspected my brake system and determined I needed pads & rotors replaced for both axles. Their estimate? A total of nearly $800!! I nearly fell out of my chair laughing. Little did they know, I had already called various auto parts stores ahead of time & priced the items myself- about $115-$120 per axle. I'm well-aware of the ways repair shops attempt to fool women into spending more (because we're idiots, you know... We know nothing.) I ended up calling another place (Max Auto Service) and they quoted something drastically different (plus- they had better reviews!) I took my car there instead and drove away with new front/rear brake pads & rotors for a grand total of $378. Yes, that's right- more than HALF off of Casullo's estimate! (The guy at Max Auto even said, "I know other shops around here try to charge $200-$300 just for labor.") It seems Casullo's was trying to charge me $200-$300 in labor for EACH axle. TIP: It does NOT take several hours to change brakes and you definitely should NOT be paying for several hours of labor. The only positive aspect I found with Casullo's? FREE brake inspection! I'm glad I wasted their time and took those inspection results to a more reasonable and reliable shop where I spent half the money. My tip: Avoid Casullo's and call around for second/third/fourth opinions that prove they are only trying to screw you over- especially if you're a woman with out-of-state plates :) read more

I would put negative star if i could. This is the height of con artistry i have ever seen. This was my case. I knew what was wrong when i got a used car (i'm a college student so don't judge me). The old owner cut off the wires of his fancy radio to put back the original one. I told that to him. So the guy is like let us take a look and ushers us into a pretty cool waiting room with coffee and cookies and magazines, the works, and tells us it would take an hour. We waited for 15 minutes before he called us and said. The EXACT SAME THING I told him. He said it would cost $40 to replace a wire. And the whole charge including labour is $190!!!! To change a wire!!!! I could do that if i had the tools. So i said no thanks and the guy said its $48 for todays 'labor' basically to take out a radio and look at the wires. Who does the guy think he is?? DO NOT GO HERE You will be RIPPED OFF. On a positive note i went to best buy and fixed the whole thing including labor for $40. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. I called for an appointment and it took a week for them to see me, but they quoted me lower than everywhere else I called so I waited. I told them exactly what was wrong and what I part I needed. I arrive at my appointment and things were chaotic, they said they didn't have a record of my appointment but said they would "fit me in anyway". I took an Uber to work, I get a call 2 hours later that they have to order the part (that they originally told me they had in house) and couldn't get to my car for a few days. I took an Uber back to pick up my car. Hurray, days later, the part came in, I bring my car back. Oops, they ordered the wrong part and wouldn't have the correct part for yet another day. Finally, they have the correct part, install it, I pick up my vehicle and they charged me $200 OVER the quoted price with no explanation. I wish I had just gone to ANYONE else. Lesson learned! Although there were immediate openings available Joe over at Casullo's was and is excellent, he fit in to have my truck worked on. The work these guys do over here is outstanding and I highly recommended anyone wanting this type of this work done on their vehicle give these people a call.
