The music played overhead was a little too loud and 90% Spanish and not good at all which really made the experience a lot worse. Playing more friendly kids Disney music in English would be ideal. Additionally, it simply does not have as large of a variety of activities for kids as Flying Squirrel Trampoline Park in Lutz. It is an okay spot to get some energy out, but the upkeep and activity options leave a lot to be desired. My daughter's socks were black by the end of the session because of how dirty the place was. One of the ball pits was closed and another area was closed on a peak weekend day which should not happen. Parents pull up to the front of the establishment drop off 3-5 kids and drive away. No parent supervision, no employee supervision at all. They do not have the manpower nor the discipline as employees. Largo police officers (2) were there, they did walk around but I feel they did the minimum. Feels like they are forced to be there and time is dragging on for them. Why are these kids allowed to bring in backpacks, come in hoodies? They are coming to "jump" and "sweat" you see most of them walk around Skyzone trying to look for problems. Male bathroom doors are left opened, but kids among themselves watch out for the adults while they vape in the bathroom doing what is called "Ghosting", which is hiding the smoke by inhaling and not letting it out. I understand parents need a break, I understand kids need something to do, but at what cost? Please don't say "kids will be kids" "let kids be kids" or "are they harming someone?" The response here is, if your child doesn't have access to vapes, this is where they get it and this is where they are trying it. Also young girls mingling with grown teenagers. Bins for shoes and belongings should be removed, have lockers that you could rent. One child got his gray Nike slides stolen. Employees just need to be strictly working and not hanging around with their friends while on the clock. Spoke with the manager he was nonchalant, based his response kids are allowed to bring backpacks but no weapons. Police officer was there and made no comment, he seemed like he didn't even care. I did make a point across based on vaping and how they are minors and it's illegal and the managers respond: "Ahhh kids are bad." As a parent I do not recommend this place for the after hours glow in the dark event. Unless you are here supervising yours.

The staff was aware of this and yet still wanted to offer the upgrade failing to let us know the parts were broken. I found that very unprofessional and unkind, Especially coming from the manager. My cousin and I were refunded, after the manager and her staff had an attitude and made it seem extremely difficult to want our money back for a broken course. We were not allowed to continue the ninja warrior course even though there was this inconvenience. I found that very odd. The place was clean for the most part, the trampolines were fun, as well as the dodgeball area. But all the other attractions were an upgrade. For birthdays, it's pricy depending on the options you pick, but it's pretty worth it if you have to invite other kids. You get private time with just your group, which to me is the best part. I don't have to worry about random unsupervised kids running amok and the staff takes care of everything. For open play, you check their calendar online to make sure they have open time, pay $10 a kid, and hang out in the A/C for two hours while your kids get exercise. There's nice variety - a couple slides, a basketball house, a big round house, a "ninja warrior" style house with huge globes to jump across, and one where you climb as high as you can before you slide back down. Then there's a floor projector video game, a baseball area with a floating ball, and those huge blue block things you find sometimes at kid museums. Good stuff. I have never had an issue here with the staff. The only inconsistency is that they sometimes charge me for my 20 month old and sometimes they don't. ‍ My son's birthday party was scheduled the weekend of Hurricane Irma and they rescheduled us with no hassle or fees, and let us wait right until we knew if we had to. I like this place.
