The staff was rude, dismissive, and showed no understanding of the situation, even though there were very few people waiting in line at the time. After being a loyal customer for so many years, I expected much better customer service. Unfortunately, this is not the company I remember. Instead, I would recommend Beer City Tubing. The river has changed a lot since Helene came through, but so many people have done a lot of hard work to make the area safe and usable again. That being said, the water levels are low in many places which leads to bottoming out on the sand, gravel, or rocks. Lift your bum in these areas and you'll have better luck coasting over them. Everyone had a blast. The tubes stayed inflated and safe. Lifejackets for everyone. Staff was friendly and welcoming. It rained off and on, but we were wet anyway, so it didn't matter. We had fun. It is $20/person and $5 for each cooler float. -You will go over to the area to get on the shuttle. It was a little slow but only because they had a huge party to pick up to bring back. -Sky Tubing shuttles you to your starting point, this is where you get your float(s). They have staff members there to connect your float(s) and cooler float, if one was purchased. Then they move the floats around so each person can get in without getting into the water. -It is now time to float away, trip times vary depending on the water level. Our trip lasted 3 hours and you can stop along the way. -When your trip is done staff members will be there to help you get out of the water and a bus will take you back to where you parked. I will have to say my experience with Sky Tubing was way better than it was with Zen Tubing. I highly recommend this company.

No time limit (although I assume you need to be back before they close). Such a great deal! Seven of us (three adults, four kids) reserved our spot over the phone. This required a small down payment. We arrived at our scheduled time, filled in a waiver for each person tubing, sized out a life vest for our six year old and then hopped into a van to go to the dropoff point. On the way to our drop-off the van driver instructed us on the river landmarks that would be important for our safe and timely return. She also gave us a humorous "tour" of the "town" we pass thru on the way to the drop-off. She provided us some straps so we could strap two of the younger riders to an adult. We spent about four hours on the water. The river was wide enough and appointments staggered enough that at no point did I feel crowded or rushed. We stopped at one spot to ride the rapids, eat lunch and swim, we stopped at another to jump off a rock wall into the water. Upon arriving at the pickup spot we snapped some photos (great view) and only waited for about ten minutes until the van to take us back arrived. If you love being on the water or spending time in nature, I'd recommend tubing with Loafers Glory.

I appreciated the warm welcome we received when we arrived. We had booked online and signed all of our waivers before we got there. We reserved(rented) water shoes for several folks, as they did not have appropriate footwear. Check in, shoe selection, and safety briefing went quickly , and we were in our tubes in no time. The river was mainly calm stretches punctuated by intermittent small rapid areas. Nothing felt daunting or too dangerous. It had the right level of excitement for the kids to handle themselves. The take out was well marked. It was easy to get our tubes up to the van for the short ride back. We took the first time slot of the day, and were amazed by the crowded parking lot when we returned around noon. We look forward to returning.

There was a group about to leave that we could join so it worked perfectly. We filled out the wavers and also rented a Go Pro for our helmet. After that, we got our harness from our two guides. The two guides we had were amazing and so informative and the kept us entertained the entire time. They actually made the experience fun for us. For 80 per person, you get to ride six different lines that range in height, distance, and speed. Before every ride, the guides give safety tips and the best way to enjoy the ride. For a first-time rider, I'm so glad I was in the hands of Canopy Ridge I felt safe and I was never unsure on every line. It also involves some hiking but only a few steps. We enjoyed being in Nature and the weather was perfect. If you are ever in the area of Canopy Ridge Farm is a must.
