I spent several thousand dollars on a mesh integration/topper and extensions after relying entirely on professional guidance. The system was installed incorrectly, and once the initial styling settled, the placement issues were clear. I returned in person specifically to have the installation corrected. Instead of fixing the issues, I was told I would need to wait approximately 8 weeks until my next scheduled visit for a reinstall. For a service of this complexity and cost, being asked to live with an improperly installed system for weeks is unacceptable. The topper color also failed quickly. Within about three weeks, it faded back toward a lighter/blonde tone and no longer matched my brown hair. This is an integrated system worn with natural hair, and color compatibility is a basic functional requirement. I was sold this based on color and texture pattern matching, which was not represented honestly or transparently, as the hair is heavily pre-processed and does not hold color that is dyed at the salon. There were also billing transparency issues. I later discovered--only after requesting an itemized receipt--that I had been charged for extension hair that was never installed or physically provided to me. Despite raising this issue, I was never refunded for the incorrect billing. Overall, this experience showed a lack of technical expertise, inadequate quality control, and poor transparency for a service that requires precision and experience. If you are considering a mesh integration or similar system, I strongly recommend seeking out a salon in a major hub (such as Chicago) with extensive, specialized experience in these systems. This is not a service that should be handled without proven expertise. Do not get mesh integration at this salon.

I tried for years to grow my hair naturally with every oil, serum, diet, supplement and using clip in extensions to no avail. I hated my hair, and all I wanted was to get my thick full head of hair back. I tried e v e r y t h i n g. When I came to Tiffany I did my consult and she explained everything in detail, exactly what the process would be, and most importantly my goal of getting my natural hair healthy again. Tiffany recommended 2 rows of extensions and after my install I can't begin to tell you how thankful I am for Tiffany and her services. She makes it simple, her space is beautiful, and she has become a friend. I walked out of her salon in happy tears because I finally felt like I had someone who listened and gave me my confidence back. Following her after care instructions I am now on my second set of extensions and down to 1 row and a mini and my natural hair is FINALLY growing back. I've never been more confident in my hair and am so grateful I no longer have to clip in extensions every single day. I can put my hair in whatever style I want and no one can ever tell I have extensions unless I tell them and rave about Tiffany. If you are thinking about extensions you NEED Tiffany. We did just a hint of this gorgeous red/purple/cherry cola-ish color underneath, and a medium brown to cover up a few of my grays (I mean, a few of my strands of glitter, lol) And then she put a couple long soft layers in (havent had layers like , ever, and was very apprehensive). I'm already thinking about how we might up the game next time I go back. :) Pricewise, we came out to $155 (before tip) for the cut & color, which included a $40 conditioning treatment. Not sure if that treatment its somehtign I'll need every time, but it was worth doing this time. Also, Cianna recommend some hair care and products but did not push a hard sell (which was very nice). The salon was pretty busy when I was there (a Friday afternoon) and all the other clients looked like they were getting great cuts/colors as well. Since it was my first time there, I have nothing to compare but I *think* maybe some of the salon was a little under construction - maybe a bit of a remodel, becuase the seating area under the dyers and some of the area area around the washing station was a little cramped (not "spa" feeling) - but based on other reviews about hte atmosphere, I'm guessing this might be temporary.
