This cathedral is just a few blocks off the border. It is very simple stucco from the outside but absolutely gorgeous and pristine inside. The statuary is very well done and they have little side room with local miracles, etc...The masses are well attended and standing room only on Sunday. They do a beautiful creche in the front at Christmas and their floral arrangements are on point. They have an attached dormitory for the homeless and those trying to seek asylum in the U.S. All masses are in Spanish but the young priest is very lively in his homilies! The nuns sell handicrafts outside after the masses. It is in a lovely little plaza. read more
