It turned out that we may have had enough turkey & gravy for 10 people, as well as enough potatoes for 10 people. Our veggies on the other hand would have been enough for 30-40 people. We were very disappointed with the amounts. We had asked for a whole turkey at least 20 lbs. being we were having 17 people. Something certainly went wrong at their end, mind you the food was very good, just not enough of the mains. I did send an email to Jessica who looked after our request, but to date no response whatsoever. I would be very cautious when ordered from Casal Catering.

I was a little nervous about all of this before the event because everything had just seemed too smooth and easy. I needn't have worried. The food arrived at the exact time we had requested and they delivered exactly what they said they would. We had many extremely good comments about the food. In summary they were very good to deal with, very professional and delivered exactly what they had promised. Everything went exactly as planned without one single hitch. So I feel very comfortable recommending them to anyone looking for a similar service.

To top it all off, the woman on the phone when we ordered was awfully curt and rude. How long until the food is delivered? "We'll get it to you when we can...". Yeesh... I will give them this though, their portion sizes are really big. Too bad quantity seems to be valued over quality. For the price and time, I could have made the same meal but vastly better.
