Chef Heinz was born, raised and trained in Switzerland. Prior to moving to the Okanagan he was employed in St. Moritz and Zurich as well as The Queen Elizabeth Hotel in Montreal, The Four Seasons in Calgary and The Savoury in North Vancouver. In Penticton, Heinz was employed at the Lakeside Hotel before following his dream of starting a catering company in 1996.
The focus is local ingredients. The kitchen is surrounded by fruit stands, farmers and vineyards all of which support the mission of using local, in season, produce. Organic produce is delivered weekly. Local cheeses and breads are a staple.
