If I could give this office 0 stars, I would…read more I first visited Queensridge for a consultation last August and paid my $75 copay at the time of my appointment. The entire visit with the doctor lasted less than five minutes. I was then sent for blood work. Even though I had fasted beforehand just in case, I was told the specific test had to be completed before a certain time, so I had to schedule another appointment. When I returned for my second appointment after making another 30-minute drive, I was informed that the phlebotomist wasn't there, so I couldn't even have my blood drawn. After two disappointing visits, I decided not to return to this office. To make matters worse, I later received a bill for an additional $73. I spent over six months trying to get someone to explain why I owed more money after already paying my copay. I called weekly, left countless messages, and never received a return call. Because no one would respond, the balance was eventually sent to collections. I paid the balance just to deal with the collections issue, then disputed the charge with my bank because even they agreed the situation seemed unusual. Despite that, I am still being billed for the same charge. Once again, I spent months trying to get answers with no response. When I finally reached someone, I was essentially told that if I didn't pay, it would simply be sent to collections again. No one could actually explain why I owed the money. I no longer have the insurance I had at the time of my visit, and I was also told the doctor I originally saw doesn't even work there anymore. The lack of communication and patient care at this office is unacceptable. Ignoring patients for months while continuing to bill them and threaten collections is not how a medical practice should operate. If they put even half as much effort into helping their patients as they do collecting money, this situation could have been resolved long ago. I will never return and would not recommend this office to anyone looking for a practice that values communication, professionalism, or patient care.

When I called, I was met with an automated message, standard these days, but there were no options for new patients or to reach medical staff. I stayed on the line without pressing any keys, and a human did eventually answer. They were polite, soft-spoken, and informed me that the clinic operates on a membership model. Digging into the site later, I found that membership runs around $3,200 per year. What's not clearly explained is how this integrates with existing insurance. There's no detail on whether labs, prescriptions, or procedures are billed separately or offset at all. Nothing against the clinic itself, but after watching another practice in town fall apart post-buyout, I'm not eager to throw more money into the healthcare black hole, especially on top of already sky-high insurance premiums. Las Vegas isn't exactly budget-friendly, and this setup seems designed more for the west side crowd with disposable income than for the average patient just trying to get solid care without financial acrobatics.

Turn out I had a blood clot, I have to say thanks to those who work at the operation emergency room. DR. Shah is a great doctor as well. I wanna say thanks to the stuff at the ICU, Specialty. Gina S and Eddie A as well Regine M. They was great to me on my recovery! Also Big George he is a great nurse that cares. In that part everything was well, Let me not forget the two beautiful lady's Sherlin & Irish... But here comes the part that I was frustrated. One of the important process on recovery is resting. That is a failure at this place!! There's no consideration on people, some of the stuff doesn't have any respect. Talking loud at all time of the night!!! The emergency stuff & Doctors as well gets 5 stars. But when it comes to preparation of moving patients from room to room they are terrible. Instead of moving you in the middle of the day they wait to move you at night while you already sleeping that's inconvenience and ridiculous!!! The respect for the patient to rest in the worse times in the life is a 100% failure!!!! I would say if this hospital work on providing better care in those factors would be great.

Unfortunately, things quickly changed once I was assessed by the nursing staff. One nurse made a comment along the lines of, "If this were really an emergency, the doctor would already be with you," which felt dismissive and alarming given my condition. Another nurse working the intake/triage area with a bunch of tattoos on her arms repeatedly walked past me while I was clearly in distress. I had to get her attention myself. When she finally responded, she gave me attitude and spoke on my condition and vital signs without even properly assessing me. At that moment, I felt unheard and unsupported. When you're struggling to breathe, compassion and urgency matter. It was around 3 AM, and it wasn't busy, which made the experience even more concerning. However, once I was brought to the back and treated, everything changed for the better. My nurse Clarissa and Dr. Villalobos were exceptional. They made me feel safe and cared for, and I truly appreciate them. I don't believe this is a bad hospital overall I think I had a very unfortunate experience with part of the staff. But first contact matters, especially in an emergency.

I like the convenience to just walk in on my own time and not have to set up an appointment. They open M-F and I only wish they opened Saturday even if it was by appointment only that day. My experience with the staff has been great with the exception of my first two visits with a (Older Latina) who was working the front desk while recovering from a foot injury in July/August 2020. She had the worst attitude and was careless with communication (she might be a nurse assistant now). Nurses and Doctors are amazing, friendly and professional and it's the reason I keep coming back and I would follow them if they move locations again. The entrance to the parking lot is on Jones Street and there's ample parking which is great. The inside of the clinic is roomy and the TV is usually turned on. If you choose to come here, I would recommend the following. 1) Have your ID and Insurance card with you. 2) Fill out all the questions that apply on the clipboard forms you are giving. 3) They have pens or bring your own pen, since there pens are not sanitized after every use. 4) Have the Name and business address of the pharmacy that you wish to have your prescriptions sent to Electronically, just to avoid the hassle to change it later.

The first study was wildly uncomfortable and left me sore for days. However, the second had to be postponed 45 minutes after their fire alarm started blaring. My ears and the alarms alike were both still ringing as I drove away into the dark of night. I attempted to reschedule this first rescheduled follow up appointment because I started coming down with potentially contagious symptoms the day of the study, after I already checked in. As a responsible citizen of the planet, I was forced to no-show when I could not reach anyone to cancel. I've rescheduled this follow-up yet again but am simply unwilling to pay for the previous no-show when I was unable to get a hold of anyone at all to cancel it. I was informed that the fee may be excused and advised that I should have left a message, but now that I am attempting to reach someone about these "overdue balances," I can assure you that there is no option to leave any message. I have a full call log of a multitude of attempts to reach Red Rock Medical Group over the past several weeks. I have also received and returned multiple calls throughout this experience and whenever I return a call, the person assisting does not know why I missed a call. After ending the call, I miss more calls all over again! The process to simply get new CPAP equipment has been so extremely complicated and challenging that I am actually debating on a daily basis if safety pins on a sleep apnea mask is a risk I'm willing to take. Completing a simple sleep study through Red Rock Medical Group has been a never-ending nightmare! I am at my wit's end. This is honestly a deplorable mess! Please get it together. I am a patient who has shown nothing but patience with your establishment and I am suffering for it!

The folks at the front desk are very pleasant to deal with and make the check in process a breeze. Once you get to the back for prep, the nurses are extremely friendly and help you feel relaxed when you're getting ready for your procedure. The only reason why I cannot give this place five stars is because the first time I came in, I saw my original pain management doctor and all was fine. The second time, my doctor was out on maternity leave so I had to see another one, who gave me my injections in a totally different area of my hips than my original doctor, and I could tell the difference because the pain came back a lot faster than when my original doctor gave me my injections. The nurses in the procedure room are pretty laid back. My only complaint is the music they choose to play during the procedure. I didn't object to the music but It makes me feel like they do not take their work that serious as they all joked around with each other, and sang and danced to the music while getting me ready for my injections, however I cannot complain about the results in the end. Hey, as long as the doctor is taking things seriously, right?! Even the second procedure was fine, it just didn't last as long, as the second doctor did it a bit higher in the hips than my original doctor. I'll just make certain to only see my original doctor moving forward, but I was in a lot of pain and couldn't wait for him to return from maternity leave. All in all, a great facility that I will be visiting again.

Earlier that afternoon, a shooting on I-95 caused significant traffic delays. I called the office to notify the staff that I would be running late due to this incident. I was explicitly told that it was acceptable for me to arrive late, that I would still be seen, and that a message would be sent to the office. However, upon my arrival, I was informed that all the doctors had left and that I would have to reschedule. I requested to speak with the manager, Aleahna Go. Instead of resolving the issue, she reiterated that all physicians had left for the day. Immediately following this conversation, I witnessed another patient--who had also arrived late--being checked in and told to take a seat, as a doctor would see them shortly. When I confronted Aleahna Go about this discrepancy and asked why another late patient was being seen if the doctors had allegedly left, I received no satisfactory explanation. While I have the utmost respect for the physicians at your facility, the customer service and administrative handling I received from Aleahna Go and the front desk staff were unacceptable.
