I stopped by the Urgent care clinic and received such warm, personal service. All the staff were great. Thank you.

There was zero wait at 9:30AM on a Saturday morning. The facility was very nice and new and all of the staff we interacted with were extremely kind and helpful. Highly recommend if you need something urgent level while in the area.

Do NOT come here-- Go to Billings Health! I was desperate on vacation, so sick, couldn't breathe,…read morenor stop coughing. I talked to my doctor at home, they told me to go to urgent care and get a steroid shot and possibly a breathing treatment. So I mustered up the strength to drive to town and go to Cody Regional Walk In Clinic. The NP and nurse who saw me acted very annoyed that I had already talked to my dr and asked for a shot, I in no way meant to offend her or discredit her. She told me I didn't need one nor do they have them at all. She wouldn't give me anything at all and told me to take Tylenol. I couldn't understand her coldness, nor why she wouldn't help me. I was miserable. On the way out I asked to please speak with a manager, no one was available. They said they would have one call me. By the time I got out of this office, my regular doctors office at home was closed, so I wasn't able to get her to call me in an oral steroid. I was having to deal with all this non sense while feeling horrible- on vacation. 24 hours later I was admitted to the hospital. My oxygen was under 90 for 2 days. The doctors at the hospital could not understand why I wasn't given a steroid the day before, and said it could have potentially helped keep me from being hospitalized. Even after being released, I wasn't well for nearly a month. The day after I was released from the hospital, Cody Regional Health manager, Justin finally called. Right off the bat, I realized I wasn't going to get anywhere. He was upset with my review online, he was combative and told me that the NP did the correct thing.. I asked for the situation to be escalated because at this point I'm very upset as I was originally quoted $170, and then received a bill for $220 --after I felt I wasn't even taken care of at all. He said he would send it to the grievance committee, the next week I received a letter from Tonya with Quality Management and was told that I would still owe the $220. Which is fine, I'm now committed to telling my story over and over, so no one else has to ruin their vacation and be treated so poorly. If you are sick on vacation and reading this- I'm so sorry---but do not come here looking for help. I'm not letting this go, I'll be back for another review of CRH next month!

The center in question appears outdated, depressing, and struggles with inadequate staffing, leading to subpar care for seniors. Furthermore, there seem to be various concerns surrounding the facility. I came in for a staph infection months ago and am $1,000 in the hole. Just got the exact same infection almost 4 months later, used K Health one time appointment for $40 and got the exact same prescription. Took about 15 minutes and didn't even have to leave my house. Yes, Cody Regional Health drained it for me and got lab tests done on the fluid when I didn't ask and refused to tell me how much it would cost at the time - probably to avoid confrontation or me going somewhere else. I pleaded and pleaded and they did not offer any wiggle room on the bill. My insurance wouldn't cover it because I was out of state. Now I'm paying $50/month for the next 2 years. I called and said I didn't request the lab tests and their response was that we need to do lab testing in order to give you a prescription. That's obviously a lie because I just got one by sending a picture of my infection on my phone. If the antibiotics didn't work, they could prescribe me MRSA antibiotics. I can drain the fluid myself and don't need a $400 lab test to tell me if the infection is antibiotic resistant. Would have been nice to get a step by step, hey just so you know if you open this door its going to cost $50 (new patient), ok now when i put these gloves on that another $200, alright $400 to drain this wound, now I'm going to send the pus to a lab and that's another $400. All I needed was a prescription. I guess you live and you learn but I talked to relatives in the area and this place has a reputation to being a holes when it comes to billing. They won't tell you how much it is even after treatment; just tell you it will come in the mail. Now I know why I would have lost it in there. It's a car salesman saying you should buy this car but I won't tell you how much it is until after you sign all the papers. How is this legal? Probably because they know they can just bill the hell out of the insurance companies driving up the price of medical care. That's not a free market. Elected surgeries price drops dramatically over time because of competition - look a lasik. That's the beauty of the free market. Our health care system is fugged. The solution is not health care for all. The solution is free market. Please don't come here even if you have insurance. This place deserves to go out of business. Good day.
