I contacted Wayne Door Sales in Ohio, hoping they worked in the tri-state area, and they did! One the initial call I explained what was damaged to a very pleasant lady Jeanie. She asked that I take a send a few photos so they could access the damage. I was shocked when she called back within 10 minutes and said they could have someone out the same afternoon. I agreed and was told someone would contact me before driving out. In less than 5 minutes I was contacted by a repair person who said they were on their way and would be here in 30 minutes. Andrew who fixed my doors was more than just a labor, he is an extremely knowledgeable technician . This young gentleman explained everything he would be doing in detail. I had a broken piece that was not noticed until the cables were taken off. Andrew gave me another updated option that would work--AND save me over 100$. I watched in amazement as this young man took total control of my situation and resolved the door's issues. He was also very personable, which is so much appreciated.
