Right from the start it felt like she was there looking at the house WITH us, like we were all buying it together. She took the time to go through the home like she was on a mission. This included poking her head into every single room/closet/cabinet, checking the plumbing, estimating (accurately I might add) when and where possible renovations or upgrades had occurred.
