They say they check license ins because they are liable .in that case when the lock an owner out of their property they become liable for any damage and or theft that occurs . They cant just pick and choose. Heres an example where assessments go they paid 65000 on a boat then built private dock .and it just sits but its there incase they need it the trustees sit in back room wont come out to discuss anything .
