Junk-Eaz should be top of your list. Details: Usually when I need to get rid of stuff, putting it on the curb makes it disappear in a day or two. I figured an older loveseat in decent condition would disappear. Four days in, it seemed to be of no interest to anyone so instead of letting it rot in front of my house, I needed to have it hauled away. I figured a reasonable price would be around $100-$150. I looked up a few places and got some quotes from locally owned companies. One company wanted $199. Second company wanted $299. Another company wanted $250. All had various schedules, the average was about a week out. I get it, business costs have gone up like everything else, but come on. Hauling away a small loveseat should not cost the same as my car payment. So, as a final effort, I contacted Junk-Eaz via text. I got a reply back very quickly and a quote of $109 and they could come same-day. Let that sink in. I responded instantly with my name and address. They said they'd be in touch when on their way. Sure enough, I get a text saying they were about 15 minutes out. Arriving on the dot, Greg and Brandon scooped up the loveseat and we chatted a bit. Both are super-nice, down to earth guys. The whole experience was great from start to finish. If you need haul-away services in the area, don't hesitate to reach out to Junk-Eaz!

We've been in our place for ~4 years, and we just emptied the septic tank for the first time. The…read moreprevious owner had had to replace the whole system before we moved in, and Bostley did the work installing the new septic. While they emptied the tank, Bostley noticed that the intake pipe had sunk into the ground right before the tank so there was a multi-inch vertical lift before emptying into the tank. Gravity doesn't go up, so this can (and did) cause blockages. We spent a few hours worrying about how we were going to get this fixed, but then Bostley HQ called back the same day (Friday) and told us that since they did the initial installation, they were going to come back and fix it for free! They showed up Monday morning with an excavator, and lifted and even unblocked the sunken pipe at no cost. Bostley is a small local company that clearly takes pride in their work. Even when freak incidents occur, they act quickly and take full accountability. Everybody we spoke to was professional and polite. Highly recommend.
