It genuinely saddens me to write this unfavorable review of Grand Valley Catholic Outreach as I believe they do their share of good things for many unfortunate, desperate and struggling individuals in our community. However, in my experience, Catholic Outreach LACKS INTEGRITY and ACCOUNTABILITY when dealing with it's CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS such as a LEASE. I would advise anyone who is considering entering into such a binding agreement with Outreach to make certain, if possible, before you affix your signature to such a document, that you receive assurance from Outreach that they plan to honor their stated obligations as indicated in the lease.
