I asked Dianne if she could kindly help me or point me in the right direction as I thought I received the document in error - she informed me she couldn't help me, there was no messages I could leave, no phone numbers she could provide, and that she "couldn't stay on the phone just chatting with me" - I was absolutely awe struck at the compete rudeness from a "professional" business. When I proceeded to explain that the paper work specifically told me to reach this number and that I was confused on where to go to next, she literally hung up on me in the middle of me talking. I get it - usually you don't always get the nicest people calling - but you know what, I was more than nice and more than sincere because I know what it's like to be on the receiving end and I also had no reason to be upset, I simply was calling the number on the document. All I wanted was to know who I needed to talk to. Mind you, I have NEVER written a review in my life - that is how upset I was over this and I have been a manager in customer service for many, many years. Your receptionists are the FACE of your company and should have way better customer service skills - under NO circumstances should I have been hung up on. If I had been yelling or cursing, sure - hang up- but I wasn't...at all. I was simply confused and I expressed that sincerely.
