when I first talked with her she stated that she would keep some of my personal information out of…read morethe file and when I had them send a up date to my doctor all my personal information that she stated she would keep out of being on paper was there and do to that my doctor started treating me different. Then when I brought this to her and upper management they did nothing. The amount of emotional distress this caused put me in the hospital. Then to top it off I owed a small balance that I paid on every time I went in to see her and after this they wanted all there money and would not accept the payment plan that we had arranged before. I would not trust her or the people at this facility. They truly do not care about there patent or patents information if they did they would have apoligized and made things right and not just brush this patent off. I should have listened to the Gay comunity and not wasted my time at the Center for Sexual Health or with this provider.Don't wast your time
