Online scheduling is simple (don't have to enter credit card info or any of that hassle) and is only a couple steps. I personally have not ever had to wait more than a couple minutes as Mike finishes up with a previous customer which then allows me to schedule a haircut between meetings. Great unpretentious barber shop.
