We visited this piano bar and were told they would let us know when outside seating became…read moreavailable, as all the tables were occupied. After waiting for about an hour, we noticed several times that couples who arrived after us were seated outside before us. We waited patiently and calmly, understanding that mistakes happen, and let it slide multiple times.
When we were finally asked if we wanted to sit outside, we were relieved and thought the issue had finally been resolved. We're not the type of people who like to complain and generally try to give grace. However, shortly afterward, another two couples who had arrived more than 40 minutes after us was seated outside before we were. At that point, we decided to call it a night and go somewhere else.
We also noticed differences in service. It made us feel uncomfortable, and we had never experienced anything like that before. We decided to pay and leave. We're not sure what caused the situation and hope it was simply a one-time occurrence, because the bar itself is gorgeous. The drinks were good, and the prices felt reasonable considering the location and the views. we would have loved to have had a better experience. Unfortunately, the overall treatment felt off and left us with a sour impression.
