I am disappointed about their boarding facilities. They just kept blocking you from visiting their…read moreboarding facilities using all kinds of excuses, such as how they are busy working there or that they are not designed to show or that there are emergencies. I even asked for just a picture of where my dog lives and they refused. Can you believe this? It is mortifying to just think about it. When asked why, they said that they are not a professional boarding place and recommended elsewhere. If your boarding place is not readily presentable, you should not have a boarding place to start with. Very disappointing and humiliating to board my dog at a place that is too shy to show where she lives. And I will never find out her living conditions. Be prepared they will refuse to show you their boarding place because they want to hide how messy and miserable it is. I asked to see the facility or even a picture before boarding and they refused. Who cannot provide even a photo? They are extremely inconsiderate as I didn't know what to prepare for my small dog as I had no idea how big the cage was. I ended up bringing a bigger cushion/bed and as a result, my dog didn't pee or poop in the cage due to no space was left for her to do so. It's extremely inhumane and inconsiderate. When I asked how many hours the dog was left in the cage unattended for at night, they immediately said they were not professional boarding place. Then why are you doing business there if you are not professional? I was simply asking a question. As a result of the original review (first paragraph), they called to say that they can't provide medical treatments for my dog anymore. They are a business where they had zero reflection on themselves, vindictive, and has very poor service. The manager Courtney just kept shouting on the phone and didn't let customer speak. She also hung up on customer. She refused to listen to customer feedback and said they were providing perfect service. What a joke. I highly suspect that they are actively discriminating customers. Stay away from this business.

I really wanted to love this place. The tech who handled Zeus's February dental was an absolute…read moresweetheart and I will always appreciate how she treated him. But the overall experience was a failure at almost every level that matters. Three visits. I spoke to the actual veterinarian exactly once -- briefly, at the first visit in January. Every other interaction was through the front desk. In May, a receptionist told me my cat had been diagnosed with stomatitis and gum disease and had already received two injections -- over $70 worth -- without anyone calling me first for consent. (They DID call me about bloodwork that same visit. So they know how to ask. They just didn't.) When I asked what stomatitis was, she compared it to a canker sore. Then said bring him back in two weeks if he's not better. That's it. No treatment plan. No written diagnosis. Nothing. I have been requesting his complete medical records since May 26th. It is now June 14th. His new vet has confirmed they have received nothing. I've had to piece together what's happening with my cat through my own research because this clinic's communication is that poor. I am in the process of filing a formal complaint with the Arkansas Veterinary Medical Examining Board. I never wanted it to come to that. I just wanted to know what was wrong with my cat, and I've done nothing but worry and freak out simply because their communication and ethics are so poor. Please, don't take your beloved pet there. Use Jonesboro Family Pet Hospital instead. They're my new vet home, and they are WONDERFUL.

What a scam these people are running! Their taxes (public info, I highly encourage you to see for…read moreyourself) show they bring in almost $2million per year, and only work 5 hours a week each. They put very little time and money towards the animals and always claim to be "out of room" or "full". If they make so much, why are they not expanding? Oh wait, they are! A direct quote from a Q and A to them recently: "How much have you expanded since 2020?" Their direct quote answer: "4." 4?? 4!! In 2 years, with almost $2million a year, and they've only expanded by 4!? Are you kidding me?! Their direct quote as an answer to that: "well, it's hard to get contractors to do it," ect. Blah, blah, blah. So you mean to tell me that out of all the contractors in Jonesboro, Paragould, and allllll the other surrounding areas, NONE will allow themselves to be hired for your organization? If that doesn't speak for itself than I don't know what does! Guess what else I've learned by looking at their taxes - the organization works for themselves. They call themselves "employees", not "volunteers", which confirms further what their taxes report - they're cutting themselves a paycheck out of what is donated to the animals! Hundreds of thousands in salaries in fact! Non-profit my ass! It's as bad as getting a check from the government for the child you adopted and giving yourself a manicure with the money instead of using it for the child! If they wanted a career with it, don't claim it's non-profit, and spend more time with the animals or with the organization! They need love, care, bonding, and socialization! What does 5 hours per week per person provide enough time for with 60 animals? If I were to guess, it's only enough time to feed and water and clean up after them. Talk about animal inprisonment! They're like inmates, here's your food, water, a place to crap, and a roof over your head. See ya on the other side once someone bails you out! Pathetic! How about using the money to do what it's donated for? Like expanding, better, upgraded facilities, animal food pantry, donating to animals in need and other organizations or to people who need help with vet fees. Speaking of vet fees, lower your adoption fees! Everyone knows that vets help organizations with vaccination, spay, and neuter fees, by reduced fees and sometimes not even charging anything at all depending on the vet, so stop claiming the adoption fees are to cover vet fees. By the way, their backup reason doesn't work either (another direct quote): "If people can't afford a $160 dog then they can't afford to take care of it." What a slap in the face to those with pets who are poor or in poverty! And also, so not true! Name a time someone spent $160 on a trip to get dog/cat food for their dogs/cats. Most people have 1-3 dogs or cats per household. Look it up. And I highly doubt 1-3 dogs/cats can even eat $160 worth of dog/cat food bags per week. This whole organization is based on lies and scams. I've only discussed the most obvious in this review. To go over the rest would take days. And by the way, I WANT A REFUND FOR ALL MY DONATIONS I'VE MADE TO YOUR ORGANIZATION, and i think you should all resign and let someone else take over who puts the animals and organization first!
